Who we are
The Cazimi website is operated by MOONVISION GLOBAL PTE. LTD., 8 Eu Tong Sen Street, #16-81, The Central, Singapore 059818 (“we”, “us”). The Cazimi mobile app is covered by its own privacy policy, which you can read in the app.
The short version
You don’t need an account to use this website. Your birth details are saved only in your own browser. We send them to our servers to calculate your chart, and we don’t keep them after that. We never sell your personal information.
What you give us and why
Birth date, time and place. We use them only to calculate your birth chart. Your browser sends them to our servers in the body of a secure request — never in the web address. Our servers calculate the chart, send it back, and do not store your birth details or write them to logs.
Name or nickname (optional). It stays in your browser and is only used to address you on the page. It is not sent to our servers.
Birthplace search. When you type a city, the text you type is sent through our servers to Google’s location service to find matching places and their time zones. Google processes it under its own privacy policy.
What stays on your device
Your birth details and chart are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can come back to them. They stay until you clear them with “Clear from this device” on your chart, or by clearing your browser data. We can’t see or delete what is stored in your browser.
When you choose a website language, we save that language code in a cookie for one year so the website’s main address can open in your preferred language. This preference works independently of analytics and can be removed by clearing this website’s cookies.
Analytics and cookies
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics collects the pages you visit, app download clicks, and progress through creating and reading a chart. This helps us understand what works and where people get stuck.
We do not send your name, birth date, birth time, birthplace, or chart readings to Google Analytics.
Analytics starts only after you allow it. Earlier actions are not sent. Declining does not affect any website features.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits. We configure these cookies to expire after 90 days; activity may renew that period. Your analytics choice is saved separately in this browser for 6 months. After it expires, we will ask again.
You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics and clears the Google Analytics cookies set by this site. It does not delete data already sent to Google.
Links to app stores
Download buttons take you to the Apple App Store or Google Play. These links include a campaign tag that tells us which page you came from; the tag contains no personal information. The stores handle your visit under their own privacy policies.
Security and servers
Connections to this website are encrypted. Our servers may be located outside your country, including in Singapore, the United States and other regions where our hosting providers operate. When data crosses borders we rely on contractual and legal safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, the CCPA or Singapore’s PDPA — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Because this website does not keep your birth details on our servers, most of your data is already under your control in your browser. To ask about anything else, email support@moonviz-ai.com.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
